WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We are open 8:00AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Yes, our minimum fuel delivery amount is 100 gallons. 50 Gallon deliveries can be made for a $25 surcharge.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES FOR FUEL OIL AND KEROSENE?

Give us a call at 518-529-6185 and one of our friendly staff will tell you the current prices!

HOW MUCH DOES AN EMERGENCY FUEL DELIVERY COST?

An emergency or after-hour fuel delivery is $125.

CAN THE DRIVER BLEED MY FUEL LINE?

Unfortunately, for insurance reasons, your fuel driver cannot bleed your fuel line after delivery. However, a furnace tech can do a service call to your home to bleed the line.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEAP?

Yes! Just tell the HEAP office that Harris Oil is your fuel provider.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express) at no extra charge.

DO YOU OFFER A VETERAN DISCOUNT?

We do! We are so thankful for veterans and all that they have done for our country! We offer $.10 off per gallon for any veteran who shows us their card from the  Return the F.A.V.O.R. program.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

For new customers, payment is due on receipt of fuel or furnace services. After a healthy relationship is built, payment is due within 10 days.

DO YOU OFFER AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES?

We do! Never worry about remembering to call and order oil again! Fuel will be brought to your home every 4 weeks (more or less depending on your personal needs) during the heating season and once in August. Call the office to get set up on our automatic schedule.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! Call the office to make a personalized payment plan for your fuel deliveries.
Note: payment plans are only offered after being a customer with us for one year. This allows us to accurately estimate your payment based on the prior year's usage. Payment plans begin in the summer in order to build up a credit before the heating season begins.
